Why is nutrition important ?

 Nutrition is the most essential need for a person to survive in life. The main reason for this is the body's need for energy every day and energy consumption. It is a necessary condition for the survival of every cell in the brain and body.  If the diet is not done regularly, the fat and muscles in the body begin to melt.


Nutrition is also a routine that should be done in a balanced way. In this routine, vitamins and minerals are taken as well as the body's energy needs. The nutrients necessary for maintaining the health of the body should be taken regularly. The body meets this need with protein, fat and carbohydrates throughout the day. 


Foods have energy values. These energy amounts are observed by the release of energy after their digestion. The products with the highest energy among the nutrients are fats. The products with the highest energy among the nutrients are fats.
